Risk disclosure
The risks of trading crypto assets with Tradepit. Read them before you trade.
You can lose all your money
Trading crypto assets is highly risky. Prices can fall to zero, and you can lose part or all of the money you trade with. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.
Leverage and liquidation
Futures with leverage multiply both gains and losses. A small price move against you can liquidate the position and take the whole margin. Funding payments can add to losses while a position is open.
Volatility and liquidity
Prices of crypto assets can move very fast. Orders may fill at a worse price than you saw, or not fill at all, especially in thin markets and around news and listings.
Exchange risk
Your funds are held by the exchange, not by Tradepit. An exchange can stop trading, change its rules, suffer an outage or a hack, or become insolvent. Tradepit cannot protect you from these events.
Technical risk
Tradepit depends on your device, your browser, your internet connection and the APIs of the exchanges. An order can be delayed, rejected or filled in a way you did not expect. Keep protective orders on the exchange and check your positions there.
Backtests are hypothetical
Backtest results are simulated on past data. They do not include slippage, spread, funding or leverage, and they do not show the result of real trading. Past results do not promise future results.
No advice
Nothing in Tradepit is investment, financial, tax or trading advice. Screeners, scanners, patterns and backtests are tools. Every decision is yours.
The rules of your country
Trading crypto assets and derivatives is restricted or forbidden in some countries. You are responsible for following the law that applies to you, and for your taxes.
